In 1988 the first company "ASK" was founded by architect Hayk S. Karapetyan in Yerevan. The main Client of the Company was the RA Ministry of Communal Economy. More than 300 design and construction have been implemented by the Company, in Armenia and USSR.
“NOAH” LLC presently, “ARCHINOAH” LLC was founded in 1991. The Company carries out design and construction works.
Since September 1991 both companies temporarily stopped their activity as a result of the USSR collapse and the founder H.Karapetyan's departure to the U.S.A.
In 1994 the “ASK”, was founded which carries out projection, design and construction works, produces external and internal sign volumetric letters, sign illuminating boards, neon lamps etc.

Awarded with prizes and diplomas by “Coca-Cola Bottlers” and “Armenian Airlines” Companies in the First National Advertisement Festival. |
1997 |
“Becks” Open Air café has been announced as the best architectural structure of the year. The authors were awarded with diplomas and medals by the Yerevan Municipality . |
1982 |
The founder of the Association was awarded a diploma by the USSR Architects Union for a design under the tender for the USSR rural residetial houses. |
